Hey Fashloves,
If you’ve been reading my blog for a little bit then you may have known that last year I was transitioning from getting relaxers
to becoming natural. In my Healthy Hair Care Journey post I gave brief insight as to why I decided to go natural and provided products that I had been using during my transitioning process. Since then, I fully cut off my relaxed ends and officially entered the natural hair life! Let me tell you all how I had absolutely NO idea what I was doing while transitioning and right after my big chop. I knew the basics such as avoiding certain products (sulfates and parabens) but instead of doing my own research, I decided why not just use products that everyone else was using right? WRONG. Although some products work for other naturals, that didn’t necessarily mean that my tresses would love them too.
I set my sights on expanding into more natural based products and pushed the aspect of supporting other Black owned businesses. After my first failed twist out, I was introduced to Made Beautiful by my Sister in Law and have been hooked ever since! I decided to give the True line a try first and I can honestly admit that my hair absolutely loves it.
