So I have to be honest with you all. When I used to prepare for the new year I would always chat the mantra “New Year, New Me!” and guess what? There really was never a new me. I would spend my time writing out tons of resolutions and barely accomplish what was on my list because for some reason I thought simply writing them down would mean that they would come to pass. You want to know what I was missing?
Focus.
I learned pretty quickly that I never established what I should be focused on. I had tons of sporadic things that I wanted to do, but I wasn’t sure what the big picture was.
I didn’t know what exactly I should be doing to reach these goals.
I didn’t set out a plan to actually get things done.
I didn’t have a clue how it was all going to work out.
Luckily, I’ve definitely changed since then and now have things in motion to actually keep myself accountable! This year I launched my Crush Your Goals Email course (which was a great experience) where I was able to help those who were like me. I was able to help those who really wanted to accomplish things but weren’t sure where to start.
